The model

How Quorum1 works.

Twenty percent of every Quorum1 project flows back to nodes — ten to a region node, ten to a practice node — funding the sales, marketing, and research that keep the collective self-sustaining.

Communities of expertise.

Practice nodes

Practice nodes are member-led collectives organized around a domain — governance design, regenerative finance, commons law, decentralized infrastructure, sense-making. Each node curates its own thought work, runs joint research, and receives 10% of every project routed through its practice.

80%

of project revenue goes to the practitioners who did the work.

10%

to the region node that sourced or supported the project.

10%

to the practice node that provided the domain expertise.

Want to found a node?

Practice and region nodes are founded by members who want to organize around a shared domain or geography. Nodes are self-governing, self-sustaining, and own their 10% share. Reach out to discuss what a node for your area might look like.
