Quorum1 is an ecomimetic collective — an organization that practices the same regenerative, commons-based principles it helps clients adopt. There is no single parent company. The brand is collectively stewarded by member organizations through a transparent governance stack. Revenue flows to practitioners and nodes, not shareholders.

Individual practitioners join free. Member organizations pay a small onboarding contribution ($400–$600 USD) to cover administrative costs and demonstrate commitment to the collective. There are no ongoing dues.

Nodes are self-governing member collectives organized around a practice area (governance design, regenerative finance, etc.) or geography (North America, EU, etc.). 10% of every Quorum1 project routes to the relevant practice node, and 10% to the relevant region node. Nodes use this revenue to fund their own sales, marketing, research, and member support. See how it works for the full model.

Yes — always. Quorum1 membership adds to your practice; it doesn't constrain it. Members retain complete independence and can work with any client, through any channel. The Quorum1 network is additive, not exclusive.
